Are your items in stock or pre-order?

Most of our products are pre-order unless stated otherwise. Pre-order items are sourced or custom-prepared after your order is placed.

When will my order ship?

Shipping begins after processing is complete. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No. All orders are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What if my package is delayed?

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or customs processing. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
