Pre-Order Policy

All pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and are made or sourced after your order is placed.

Pre-orders require a processing period of 10–20 business days before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing times may vary due to vendor production, custom work, or high demand.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing timeframe.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has completed processing, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping timeframes begin after processing is complete.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Address changes cannot be made once processing begins.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

NO refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on:

Pre-order items

Wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, or any hair products

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately.

🚫 Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Processing or shipping delays

Carrier delays or lost packages after shipment

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item

Original packaging

Your order number

Approved cases may result in a replacement at our discretion.
